Cowboy Way Affiliate Website Prototype

Cowboy Way Channel is a western-themed FAST (FREE Ad Supported TV) channel available on everything from Plex to Vizio to Samsung TV Plus. To attract new viewers, the company needed an affiliate site to promote the channel. I worked with top stake-holders to create the initial mockups and prototypes for how this complex system could look.

The Process
I started with what the client already had, a previously-made affiliate site for another division. While things functioned for their needs, it was not very user-friendly and lacked specific features they were looking for. After going over their requirements, and adding in my own suggestions, I began creating the mockups for the site.

The HomePage/Login
The initial homepage was made to be very simple. A login screen, a signup box, and some information about how the affiliate program works. Since this was not meant for general consumers, but more for distribution partners, the site needed to convey that.

The site also need to stay on brand with the look and feel (and color-scheme) of the network website, while showcasing network stars (or AI stars for mockup purposes) for recognition.

The Promotions Page
Once Logged in, users were to be taken directly the the promotions page, showing all the current affiliate promotions that were being ran. This let users know what was new, as well as allow them to check in on the promotion they were currently signed up for.

Once a promotion was chosen, in the mockup case “Three Cowboys and  Baby” (idea Copyright 2024 Cory D. Wright), users could choose from the various spots or ads they could run. From linear commercials, to social media posts.
