FAST Channel Network Site Development:
As Free Ad Supported Television (FAST) gains momentum, Imagicomm Entertainment needed a centralized, engaging digital presence to showcase its licensed content to potential distributors and viewers. The initial brief was for a simple splash page, but recognizing the need for greater user engagement, I transformed it into a comprehensive network site.
Design Iterations and Methodologies:
Phase 1: Initial Launch:
Starting with a minimal splash page, it quickly became clear that a richer user experience was essential. Using Ceros, an all-in-one web builder, I streamlined the design-to-deployment process, eliminating the need for extensive developer intervention and reducing time-to-market.
Phase 2: Enhanced Interactivity:
Transitioning to a more dynamic platform, I leveraged Adobe Animate to prototype complex interactions. This phase highlighted the need for scalable, easily updatable solutions, leading to the decision to rebuild the site on WordPress, ensuring robust content management and future scalability.
Phase 3: Full CMS Implementation:
Adapting the design to a traditional network layout with WordPress, I integrated advanced features such as an automated “What’s On” page. This page dynamically updates show schedules, enhancing user engagement by providing real-time content updates.
Feature Highlights:
Dynamic Content Updates: Automated show listings prioritized current and upcoming programs, creating a responsive, user-centric experience.
Platform Accessibility: Comprehensive “Where to Watch” page, detailing viewing options across various devices and platforms, from mobile to TV, ensuring a seamless user experience.
User-Centric Scheduling: Schedule page designed for high engagement, providing essential viewing information and highlighting upcoming programs to keep users informed.

The final site not only boosted viewership across platforms but also served as a pivotal B2B tool for sales and marketing teams. By delivering a site that exceeded stakeholder expectations and catered to both consumers and business partners, we significantly enhanced Imagicomm Entertainment’s digital footprint and engagement metrics.
